Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.
After Shipment:
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription Cancellation (If applicable)
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- If a cancellation request is made after a subscription is renewed, the cancellation will apply to the next billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
Custom or Personalized Orders
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
- If you have any concerns about your custom order, please contact us immediately.
Refund Policy for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- If payment was made using a credit card or online wallet, the refund processing time will depend on your bank or payment provider.
