Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
    • If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.
    • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.
  • After Shipment:

    • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscription Cancellation (If applicable)

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • If a cancellation request is made after a subscription is renewed, the cancellation will apply to the next billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • If you have any concerns about your custom order, please contact us immediately.

Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If payment was made using a credit card or online wallet, the refund processing time will depend on your bank or payment provider.
